Raymond Gagnon’ recently resigned as President after 30 years at the helm. Ray’s hard work  and dedication to the sport of hockey will be missed, as he takes on new endeavors in his  personal life.

Prior to Ray becoming the league’s President in 1980 he served on the Azilda Minor Hockey Association (now known as Rayside Balfour Minor Hockey) from 1974 to 1980.  Ray has received many volunteer awards during his tenure such as: Canadian Hockey Week Award in 1987 and 2003, the NOHA Angus Campbell Merit Award in 1997 and recognized by the NOHA for his dedicated years of service

Ray will remain with league as past President to continue his 36 year involvement with minor hockey.
